Size: 20 ml (makes roughly 10 litres)

IDEAL FOR FLAVOURING
CONFECTIONERY GOODS
Works beautifully when added to:

Macaron shells
Royal icing
Buttercream icing
Meringues
Gummy candy
Hard candy
Ice cream
Dilution
Add 1 – 3 ml/grams flavouring per 1 kilo of whatever you’re adding it to.

Skin Irritation
The same way that natural, ground cinnamon causes skin irritation when it comes in contact with skin, our Flavour Nation Cinnamon flavouring does the same. In the event of undiluted expose to skin, rinse thoroughly with water.
