At khans bake, we need you to be happy and satisfied with your products you buy from us..

If anything makes you unhappy, pop us a mail, and we would gladly assist in making your purchase more satisfying..

Please forward us a mail with your quieries within 7 days of purchase.

However please note, due to the nature of some products, we cannot always guarantee a refund.
Only branded items will be exchanged or refunded.

Items refunded/ exchanged will only be done provided that it is still in the same condition as received when purchased.. also returned safely to us, and not damaged in transit..
As we will not be responsible for courier/ transit mishandling..

Unfortunately returns will be at the cost of the customer.
Refunds will only take place once the products have been returned safely and in good condition back to us..
